WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I CHECKOUT?
You can either email me through the contact form on my contact page or I will email you from the email that the purchase was made under to start the line of communication. I will then request several reference photos for your custom piece!
PORTRAIT REFERENCE PHOTO BEST PRACTICES
Please send high quality clear photos that were taken in good light where I can easily see the features of the face. Try to avoid photos with hats that cast light or hair that is in the face. Low lit and low quality photos make it so much harder to capture the likeness!
TIMELINE AND SHIPPING
Custom artwork takes time! A typical turnaround is between 4-6 weeks (I will accommodate rush orders if I am able). Usually ships in 3-5 business days after approval.
